The Admissions Associate plays a key role in supporting the school’s strategic enrollment goals by delivering a seamless, welcoming admissions experience to prospective students and families. This role encompasses admissions operations, event coordination, student outreach, and communication with internal and external school partners. The ideal candidate is collaborative, highly organized, detail-oriented, and mission-driven, thriving in a fast-paced, people-centered environment.
JOB SUMMARY
Supports the strategic enrollment goals of the school through admissions operations and relationship-building Ensures a smooth, welcoming, and mission-driven experience for prospective students and families Manages application processes and maintains accurate records in the enrollment system Coordinates campus visits, placement testing, and a variety of admissions events Builds and maintains outreach efforts with prospective families and area schools Supports the development of admissions communications and marketing materials Collaborates with school departments to effectively communicate programs and opportunities Brings strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and a people-first approach to a fast-paced environment This is a full-time, 12-month position
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Admissions Operations Serve as a warm, knowledgeable first point of contact for prospective families Cultivate and maintain relationships with prospective students and families throughout the admissions cycle Manage applicant records and materials within the enrollment management system for Admissions Committee review Maintain regular communication with families about application status, deadlines, and upcoming events Coordinate student visit schedules and facilitate placement testing in collaboration with school schedules Support the Director of Admissions and Enrollment with data analysis and enrollment strategy reporting Event Planning Lead, plan, and execute admissions events, including open houses, campus tours, student shadow days, welcome events, and assessments Oversee event logistics: catering, budgets, supply ordering, setup, and cleanup Collect and analyze feedback to improve future events Represent the school at school fairs, visits to parochial schools, and community events Communications & Marketing Support the development and implementation of admissions and enrollment communications Help share the school’s mission and story through effective, mission-aligned messaging Provide customer service to prospective families and partner schools Conduct outreach to key stakeholders and visit partner schools for presentations and community engagement Collaborative Leadership Work closely with academic, athletics, arts, student life, and spiritual life leaders to understand and communicate programs to prospective families Participate in Admissions Committee meetings and support mission-aligned decision-making Assist with outreach, retention, and re-enrollment efforts in coordination with the Director of Admissions Coordinate marketing, supply purchasing, mailings, and event-related logistics Serve as an active member of the school community, participating in campus life and events
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Communications, Marketing or Education 3-5 Years of Academic or Admissions experience 2-3 years of people management experience Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills; customer service mindset Proficient with technology, including enrollment databases, Customer Relationship Management systems, and Microsoft/Google Suites Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for events
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
