Summary We are seeking a dynamic Center Director to lead our Aloha Minds Math center. This role is pivotal in shaping the educational experience for our students and ensuring the effective management of center operations. The Center Director will be responsible for implementing strategic initiatives that align with our mission of providing high-quality math education. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the center, ensuring a positive learning environment. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance educational programs and student engagement. Manage budgeting processes and allocate resources effectively to meet organizational goals. Lead, mentor, and support staff in delivering high-quality educational experiences. Collaborate with parents, community members, and educational stakeholders to promote the center’s mission. Monitor student progress and implement interventions as needed to support academic achievement. Manage daily center operations and staff scheduling Oversee student academic performance and parent communication Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue goals & Targets, Self motivated. Lead marketing initiatives, community outreach, school partnerships, and event booths Handle vendor coordination and promotional campaigns Train and mentor new staff; ensure a smooth student learning experience Maintain records and enforce curriculum quality and consistency Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in education administration or leadership roles. Strong strategic planning and budgeting skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, staff, and parents. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
