Swim Lessons Facilitator/ Manager Raleigh Swim School Raleigh, NC 27605 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Swim School Manager to oversee our swim program and ensure a safe, engaging, and educational environment for all participants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aquatic activities and experience working with students of various ages. This role requires excellent leadership skills, a passion for teaching, and the ability to foster a positive learning atmosphere. Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the swim school, including staff assignments. Supervise swim instructors and support staff, providing guidance and training as needed. Track & record swim curriculum that meets the needs of students at all skill levels. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe swimming environment for all participants. Engage with parents and guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns. Skills Experience working with students in an educational or recreational setting. Strong knowledge of swimming techniques and safety protocols, including lifeguard certification preferred. Background in teaching physical education or coaching in sports. Ability to educate students effectively while fostering enthusiasm for swimming and water safety. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with students, parents, and staff members. Organizational skills to manage schedules, events, and program development efficiently. Passion for promoting physical fitness through swimming and other related activities such as climbing or judo.
