Essential Duties and Responsibilities The Vice Chancellor reports to the Executive Vice Chancellor and Provost and serves as a key member of the university’s leadership team. The successful candidate will bring strategic vision, demonstrated administrative experience, and a deepmitment to fostering student achievement and well-being. The Vice Chancellor of Enrollment Management and Student Affairs provides visionary leadership and strategic direction to advance the university’s mission and priorities. The division develops and executesprehensive, data-informed strategies to drive enrollment growth, improve retention, and support degreepletion. The division addresses institutional barriers to student success, ensuring equitable access to resources and support. It oversees a broad range of functional areas, including Undergraduate Admissions, Financial Aid, the Registrar, Orientation, Student Conduct, Wellness & Prevention Services, and Student Engagement. Through close collaboration with academic and administrative partners, the division promotes student-centered practices and fosters a safe and engaging campus environment that supports co-curricular learning, leadership development, and well-being. Additionally, it advises the Provost on emerging trends in enrollment and student success.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide forward-thinking leadership for the Division of Enrollment Management and Student Affairs, aligning initiatives with the university’s mission and strategic priorities.
Develop and implementprehensive, data-informed strategies to support enrollment growth, retention, and degreepletion.
Identify and address institutional challenges that hinder student progress, ensuring all students have the tools and support necessary to succeed.
Oversee key functional areas including Undergraduate Admissions, Financial Aid, Registrar, Orientation, Student Conduct, Wellness & Prevention Services, and Student Engagement.
Collaborate closely with academic and administrative leaders to integrate student-centered practices across the institution.
Promote a healthy, safe, and vibrant student experience by supporting co-curricular learning, leadership development, and mental health initiatives.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the Provost on trends in enrollment, student success, and the student experience. Type of Position Full Time Position
