Approximately 440 students Are you ready to lead, inspire, and support students through one of the most critical stages of their development? Inter-Lakes Middle High School is seeking a dynamic Dean of Students and Operations who is passionate about student growth and thrives in a collaborative educational environment. This is a pivotal leadership role in a vibrant grade 7-12 school, home to about 440 students in the beautiful Lakes Region of New Hampshire. Our next Dean will bring strong leadership, a student-centered mindset, and the ability to build meaningful relationships across grade levels, ensuring a positive, safe, and engaging school culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a core member of the Administrative team, working closely with the Principal to lead day-to-day school operations.
• Manage and support student behavior systems with a focus on restorative practices and developmental appropriateness for students ranging from early adolescents to young adults.
• Provide leadership in areas such as attendance, behavior, and crisis management.
• Act as building Administrator in the absence of the Principal.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, families, and community partners to support the academic and social-emotional success of all students.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of school-wide initiatives, events, and professional development.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience working with students in grades 7 through 12 with a deep understanding of their developmental stages.
• A background in educational leadership or school administration.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for building trust and rapport.
• Proven success in managing student behavior and promoting a safe, respectful school climate.
• Ability to effectively supervise programs and personnel and support instructional goals.
• A collaborative spirit and an unwavering commitment to student success.
