This individual will play a key role in welcoming new residents and supporting families during an important time of transition.

Coordinate all aspects of the admissions process, from initial inquiry through resident move-in. Develop and maintain positive relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, and other referral sources. Conduct facility tours and provide prospective residents and families with accurate, supportive information. Work collaboratively with clinical, financial, and administrative teams to ensure appropriate and timely admissions. Maintain detailed and accurate records in compliance with all regulatory standards.

Admissions Director Qualifications:

Prior experience in admissions, healthcare marketing, or social work in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care insurance preferred. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
