We are seeking an Associate Director of Admissions to play a key role in the recruitment, evaluation, and enrollment of mission-fit students across all divisions (Montessori, Lower, Middle, and High Schools). This individual will manage prospective family engagement and support the overall admissions strategy through both relationship-building and administrative support. Key Responsibilities Guide prospective families through the admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment. Conduct campus tours, interviews, and admissions assessments. Collaborate with faculty and division heads to schedule and evaluate student visits. Support the planning and execution of admissions events (open houses, preview days, etc.). Assist with application review, decision-making, and communication. Maintain accurate records in the admissions database and generate reports as needed. Represent Nardin at external recruitment events.   • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in admissions, education, or a related field.

Skills and Competencies Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. An ability to build strong relationships with families and colleagues. Familiarity with admissions software. Working Conditions The work environment is a standard office setting within a school. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate, but occasionally high depending upon student population and activities. Physical Requirements While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to walk, stand, sit, use hands for fine manipulation, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms using a keyboard and video display terminal. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel or crouch. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, ability to adjust focus and peripheral vision.
