Job Description :
Supports pre-delivery and after-sale support to customers which may include product ordering, availability and delivery. Product Registration Representative Provide support to our Distributor Network Communicate warranty coverage updates to our Distribution Network Ensure that product model/serial numbers are loaded into our system Communicate with Distributor Warranty Admins via email and telephone How the Product Registration Team helps our customers: Provide website navigation instruction for registering products online Register equipment for homeowners when customer has no internet access Provide customer warranty information Make corrections to product registrations as needed by homeowners, dealers, or distributors Refer customer to correct person/team when not a registration issue Provide customer with product registration confirmations when needed
Required Skill Set :
• Great experience in customer service good experience with Word/Excel/Powerpoint, also Salesforce experience preferre
Education Qualification :
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
