Must hold New York State Teaching Certificate. Duties Develop and implement engaging curriculum plans that meet educational standards and cater to diverse learning needs. Manage classroom environments to ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere for all students. Collaborate with colleagues and administration in strategic planning for educational initiatives and program improvements. Monitor student progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth. Participate in budgeting processes related to educational resources and program funding. Engage with parents and the community to promote educational programs and foster partnerships that enhance student learning. Stay current with developments in education administration, teaching methodologies, and best practices. Skills Strong leadership abilities to guide students and collaborate with fellow educators effectively. Proficiency in budgeting to manage resources efficiently within an educational setting. Experience in education administration, including knowledge of policies, regulations, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication skills for educating students, engaging with parents, and collaborating with staff. Ability to think strategically when planning programs or addressing challenges within the educational environment.
