Job Responsibilities
The Residence Hall Manager oversees the camp’s daily residential operations. This role includes supervising camp counselors, ensuring the safety and well-being of participants, managing administrative tasks, and fostering a positive living environment. The manager must reside in the residence hall Sunday through Friday from June 2•27, 2025.
Works with camp staff to ensure the safety of all camp participants.
Manages the residence hall activities and logistics for camp participants.
Serves as a point of contact for parents and camp staff for emergencies after normal business hours (after 5:30 p.m. M-TH).
Follow up on repair requests and ensure they are completed timely.
Monitors all residential activities for camp participants.
Consults with the Camp Director and Vice President for Academic Affairs on any changes that need to be made to the process.
Serves as a chaperone, when needed, for field trips.
Resides in the residence hall Sunday through Friday.
Ensures participants follow the sign-in.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
High School Diploma and some experience managing a residence hall or comparable residential environment.
