Support/Admin Representative Location:
North Charleston, SC Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30
PM Pay:
$15/hour
Training Schedule:
8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (required)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Support/Admin Representative to join our team. This role involves handling customer communication, managing documentation, and supporting internal teams with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer requests by sending invoices and supporting documentation. Monitor and manage a shared email inbox; reply promptly and professionally to incoming inquiries. Handle all inbound emails and manage related documents and communications. Serve as backup for inbound calls when needed, assisting with routing calls to the appropriate departments (note: this is not a collections or AR-related role).
