Strategic Leadership and Recruitment Outreach (35%) Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for graduate recruitment that are aligned with institutional goals Analyze enrollment data, market trends, and competitor landscape to inform recruitment initiatives Establish annual recruitment targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
