Salary range:

$57k-$75k. Factors including past experience and location may affect final compensation rate.

Job Summary:

The Special Programs Lead is responsible for the strategic oversight, development, implementation, and management of specialized short and long-term programs within the Technical Support and Service Training Team. This role ensures that programs such as the Technician Tier Program and other initiatives are executed effectively to meet organizational goals and industry standards. The Special Programs Lead will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to enhance program quality, supporting processes, drive engagement, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Duties & Responsibilities + Perform job duties in accordance with EquipmentShare’s vision, mission, and values. + Establish and maintain professional working relationships with internal departments and rental/retail markets across the organization. + Establish and maintain advanced-level knowledge of EquipmentShare products, service offerings, and systems to ensure the highest quality and accuracy with training materials and records. + Oversee the planning, development, and execution of special programs associated with the Technical Support and Service Training Team. + Manage program schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion. + Develop and maintain program policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and quality. + Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams to facilitate program success. + Provide mentorship and guidance to team members participating in special programs. + Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track program success. + Conduct regular evaluations and implement improvements based on feedback and performance data. + Prepare and present program updates, reports, and recommendations to senior leadership. + Ensure programs comply with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards. + Stay informed about industry trends, certifications, and training best practices. + Lead efforts to achieve and maintain accreditation or certification for applicable programs. + Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, certification bodies, and industry partners. Required Skills & Abilities + Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously. + Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. + Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and training tools. + Analytical mindset with the ability to assess program effectiveness and recommend improvements. Education and Experience + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Training Development, or a related field. Relevant experience and certifications may substitute for education. + At least 3 years of experience in program management, training coordination, or a similar role within the construction, service, or related industry. + Experience with compliance programs, training development, or technical services is highly preferred. Physical Requirements + This position may require some travel to training sites, company locations, and industry events. + Ability to work in an office and field environment as needed.
