This position involves collaborating with various departments to enhance student engagement, facilitate educational programs, and provide guidance to students throughout their academic journey. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in education administration and have experience working directly with students. Responsibilities Develop and implement programs that promote student engagement and success. Coordinate recruitment efforts for prospective students, including outreach initiatives and informational sessions. Provide academic advising to students, helping them navigate their educational paths and resources available. Educate students on university policies, procedures, and available support services. Utilize Ellucian software for managing student records and tracking academic progress. Conduct public speaking engagements to present information about programs and services to students and faculty. Collaborate with faculty and staff to identify student needs and develop appropriate support strategies. Organize workshops, events, and activities that foster a sense of community among students. Skills Strong knowledge of education administration practices. Experience in recruiting and engaging with university students.
