5/31/2025 11:59 PM Eastern Job Responsibilities Coordinates academic advisement services for students from admission to graduation. Manages the Advisement and Support Center and coordinates schedules for in-person and virtual advisement services. Develops standard operating procedures. Implements effective advisement and retention strategies based on sound, evidence-informed practice. Trains ASC advisors. Maintains open channels of communication with College administrators and stakeholders. Provides college-wide updates on advisement activities. Designs comprehensive advising plan that incorporates the College’s CRM Student Success Team approach to support and retain students. Assists with CRM Retention Module implementation in Academic Affairs. Trains faculty and staff on CRM Retention Module and Student Success Center. Participates in an organized project management system to achieve the goals of the
PBI SUCCESS
Formula Grant. Maintains appropriate records and provides ongoing progress reports to the PBI Formula Grant SUCCESS Project Director. Participates in consultation and collaboration with external experts and consultants. Advises students in limited academic programs following College policies and ASC procedures. Provides advisement coverage for Advisement and Support Center during periods of low staffing or high drop-in volume. Minimum and Additional Requirements A bachelor’s degree and experience in student services programs.
