Job Description The Director of Advancement Services and Engagement supports the divisions fundraising and alumni engagement through data management and content creation. This role ensures effective, targeted outreach by maintaining Salesforce data, leveraging donor and alumni insights, and crafting persuasive communications for donors and alumni
Required Qualifications Bachelors degree; experience with data management tools in the higher education environment; writing and content creation skills.
Preferred Qualifications Masters degree; Experience with Salesforce, iModules, Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.

Job Duty Generate accurate Salesforce reports and mailing lists
Job Duty Develop engaging content for fundraising appeals and alumni communications
Job Duty Evaluate outreach ROI and track engagement trends, insights and opportunities
Job Duty Maintain and update constituent data (address, phone, email and social media, attendance, memberships and affiliations) in Salesforce
Job Duty Manage the Advancement communications and mailing calendars
Job Duty Perform other duties as assigned
