Job Description The Director of Residential Accountability shall be responsible for the adjudication of all violations of residential non-conduct violations related to residential living at Lincoln Memorial University. The Director of Residential Accountability will perform functions related to all areas of student conduct in regard to the residential experience, including processing residential non-conduct cases in Maxient and conducting one-on-one meetings with residential students regarding violations of residential policies. Lastly, the Director of Residential Accountability will serve in the residential on-call rotation along with other professional staff members within the Division of Student Services. The Director of Residential Accountability will serve as a case manager for residential students of concern, ensuring their well-being and that they are connected to the appropriate campus resources. Due to the nature of the position, an on-campus apartment and meal plan are included in this positions compensation package.
