Essential Job Functions:

Provide comprehensive office management and administrative support for all programs in the College of Engineering, including serving as assistant to the Dean Responsible for purchasing functions and obtaining budget information

Typical Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet guests, answer phone and emails, schedule meetings, reserve rooms internally and through Event Management, purchase supplies, pick up mail, run errands Provide account information for student societies and senior design teams, reconcile visa charges, and approve department visa card holder’s transactions Prepare reimbursements for FE exams and student out of pocket expenditures. Prepare payment of invoices in CNF for AP check processing Track and compile receipts for grant funding Plan and or assist with events Fall cookout, Career Fair, Lipscomb Fridays, Chili Cookoff, dinners/receptions for graduates and retirees, BEST Robotics competition, Mock Interviews Support faculty and students with copier requests, building entry, submit requests to IT or Service Operations for building repairs or issues, parking reservations Enter fall, spring and summer class schedules in CNS, make changes and resolve issues Document procedures, processes and events for reference Support Development Officer in fundraising efforts Assist new faculty and adjuncts in getting acclimated
