Job Description Collaborate with the designing, planning, implementation and evaluation of the Intensive English Program (IEP). Communicate and maintain trust relationships with students, business partners, university staff, and authorities. Supervise the volunteers providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance. Develop and implement community relationships, adequate service learning, and engagement initiatives for students. Maintain cordial, respectful, and academic relationships with all students, staff, assistants, officials, and guests in the institute and university campus. Spearhead outreach campaigns to expand IEC program offers. Minimum Qualifications Must have organizational skills and pay attention to detail. Ability to work effectively with diverse populations. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and have strong understanding of project management practices. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. TESOL certification and master’s degree required; with at least three years’ experience teaching English as second language.
