Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the TCE Tutoring Center and Peer Learning and Leadership Coordinator to identify courses with faculty, design and implement tailored tutoring programs/workshops and hire, recruit, and retain student tutors.
Maintain the budget for the TCE Tutoring Center and develop a strategic plan with scalability for long-term growth.
Collaborate with college departments to determine areas to provide targeted support for at-risk students through data collection and analysis; uses data to created targeted programmatic support for at-risk students that is aimed at improving academic skills, career readiness, and wellbeing.
Qualifications

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in any field of study.
With a minimum of a combination of 5 years of experience working with diverse populations, professional experience in admissions, teaching, and/or student services at a regionally accredited college or university.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Strong attention to details.
Demonstrated analytical skills.
Proven ability to work independently and within a diverse team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of best practices in higher education student support.
Demonstrated experience in strategic planning.
Demonstrated relationship building skills.
