Lincoln Memorial University (LMU) invites applications for the position of Coordinator of Examination Services at its DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine (DCOM) in Knoxville. The Coordinator will be instrumental in supporting the preparation and maintenance of examinations, ensuring the integrity and efficiency of the assessment process.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote LMU’s mission to faculty, staff, students, and the broader community. Foster effective working relationships among faculty, staff, and students. Coordinate with course directors, faculty, proctors, and IT support to prepare for exam days. Develop and manage exam preparation and administration schedules. Collect and accurately enter exam questions and associated images from faculty. Categorize exam questions for performance and outcomes reporting. Supervise and assign proctors during examinations. Ensure the security, confidentiality, and quality control of all prepared exams. Create and maintain score spreadsheets for each exam. Modify score spreadsheets as per course director requests, ensuring compliance with syllabi. Enter all exam and assessment scores into the learning management system’s grade center. Manage exam administration on exam days. Serve as a proctor during examinations when needed. Provide reports to faculty, deans, and the student progress committee as requested. Collaborate with student services to maintain accurate student lists and course information. Participate in university committees. Complete required institutional, program accreditation, and other reports essential for the advancement of university programs, both on-campus and at extended sites.
