Online Faculty Support Coordinator
Position Summary
Serves as the academic administrative coordinator for the Bryan College Online programs providing communication through written reports and personal communication with Academic Administration. Oversight of budget, procurement, course materials, course and faculty scheduling of the BCO and BCDE Online courses and assisting with program assessment.
Reports to: Academic Operations
Education Required
Bachelor’s degree required; experience in scheduling and non-traditional education preferred.
Experience Required
Knowledge of non-traditional adult higher education theory and practice.
Proven organizational skills and ability to complete assignments timely and accurately with minimal supervision.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Three years of higher education administrative experience is preferred.
Experience with instructional design or learning management is preferred.
Duties
Determines faculty scheduling for Bryan College Online and BC DE Online courses
Determines course scheduling for Bryan College Online
Works collaboratively with other administrators and staff directors to ensure consistent implementation of online programs and academic policies in the respective region
Oversee budget items for the Bryan College Online area
Coordinates with vendors to ensure proper supply and listing of course materials
Assist with instructional design with course preparation for the upcoming term
Assist with minor instructional design helpdesk tickets
Attends regional, school, and College faculty meetings as applicable
Coordinates assessment procedures
Provide reporting information on course enrollment as needed
Collaborates with senior leaders to coordinate the delivery of programs and services
