Special Conditions The College of Communication and Fine Arts is especially interested in candidates with the following: Background in music, creative arts, or arts education
Prior experience in higher education and/or arts recruitment
Experience with Slate (CRM) Work Schedule Monday

Develops, leads, and assesses recruitment and retention strategies across College of Communication and Fine Art’s (CCFA) departments and schools, in collaboration with faculty and college leadership.
Duties & Responsibilities Marketing & Outreach
Collaborates closely with the college’s Assistant Director of Marketing and Communications to align recruitment messaging and promote CCFA’s programs through strategic marketing initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities Enrollment Management
Creates and manages a comprehensive, data-informed enrollment strategy for CCFA using appropriate resources and tools. Analyzes trends and data to support college-wide enrollment goals and make informed recommendations.

Serves as a primary point of contact for prospective students and families for programs within the college. Responds to inquiries and supports program-specific needs such as auditions, portfolio reviews, and interviews.
