Tuition Waiver Cumberland University is seeking a personable and highly motivated Graduate Assistant to work a minimum of 20 hours each week primarily assisting with dual enrollment students and other recruitment needs in the office of admissions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assemble student applicant files under the supervision of the Operations staff.
Input student information into the CAMS Enterprise database system.
Place student applicant files into the correct filing cabinet location.
Serve as the back up to the University Concierge and provide lunch coverage, answering the operator phone.
Assist with administrative projects as needed.
Assist with recruiting events for Dual Enrollment Students
Assist with registration of Dual Enrollment Students
Other duties as assigned at the discretion of the Dual Enrollment & Early College Coordinator or their designee.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have a 3.0 or above overall GPA
Must be enrolled in a graduate program at Cumberland University
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Must possess a high level of discretion
