Job Description Summary Bentley University is always seeking qualified candidates for future openings as Adjunct Lecturers in the History Department. We encourage all qualified applicants to put their applications into this pool for future consideration. We welcome specialists in a variety of fields, including Contemporary World History, U.S. History, and the history of non-U.S. regions of the world.

There is no position available at this time, but when a position becomes available we will actively source candidates from this applicant pool. Minimum Qualifications A master’s degree in History is required. Candidates must also have the ability to use or willingness to learn course management and delivery software such as Blackboard and Zoom. Preferred Qualifications A Ph.D. in History and experience teaching the subject are highly desired. The ability to deliver courses in a variety of formats (including hybrid and online) is desirable, too. Bentley University requires references checks and may conduct other pre-employment screening.
