Overview:

• We are seeking a passionate and dedicated High School Teacher to join our team. • Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging lesson plans in line with the school’s curriculum and educational guidelines
• Implement effective teaching strategies to ensure student engagement and comprehension
• Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth
• Mentor and support students both academically and emotionally
• Incorporate techniques to enhance students’ writing skills
• Conduct and of students’ work to improve literacy levels
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching methods and share best practices
• Stay updated on educational trends and implement new approaches in the classroom

• Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field; Master’s degree is a plus
• State teaching certification
• Proven experience as a High School Teacher or similar role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
