Caddo Charter School for children with Dyslexia seeks a highly motivated Middle School teacher for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year.
Requirements:
A strong English and History background A strong desire to receive rigorous, ongoing professional training to deeply understand dyslexia and the effect of dyslexia on academic life An open-minded attitude toward academic instruction, including a willingness to “work outside the box” of traditional instructional methods A willingness to receive and implement feedback regarding instructional practices Evidence of strong classroom management and organizational skills Willingness to participate in highly collaborative lesson planning and teaching situations Evidence of individualized, interactive teaching philosophy Highly preferred: Experience with special education
