The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement and academic success. This role involves developing and implementing curriculum, mentoring students and utilizing instructional design techniques. Duties Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with educational standards and cater to diverse learning styles. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a supportive educational community. Utilize instructional design principles to create effective learning experiences that promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Provide mentoring and support to students, guiding them in their academic journeys and personal growth. Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching methods as necessary.
