Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards in Christian philosophy and religion. Foster a positive classroom environment through effective classroom management and communication skills. Assess student progress and provide individualized support to enhance literacy and critical thinking skills. Encourages parental involvement in students’ education and ensures effective communication with students and parents. Coordinates with other high school professional staff members, especially within grade level and specific subjects, to evaluate and assess curriculum, and participates in faculty meetings and committees. Mentor students in their academic and spiritual growth, ensuring a supportive learning atmosphere.
