Qualifications:
Must be a born-again Christian. Must be a credible Christian role model whose godly lifestyle and character demonstrate obedience to God and His Word. Must be able to support and comply with the school’s statement of faith and philosophy of education. Must regularly attend a Bible-believing church. Must have the training necessary to perform the duties of a teacher. Must have sufficient health and physical endurance to be able to complete assigned responsibilities. Must be willing to come under the authority of the Headmaster.

Responsibilities :
Exhibits a love of teaching and a passion to see each student succeed. Coupled with classroom discussion, faculty create learning experiences that provide opportunities for students to know Christ as Lord, apply God’s truth to all areas of life, love others sacrificially, and achieve the highest level of knowledge and skill in order to serve God & others. Develops trusting, productive relationships with students in order to create a safe, positive, and productive learning environment. Demonstrates expertise in a given content or subject area as well as knowledge of the standards, learning targets, and appropriate materials for the student age and content area. Engages in ongoing professional growth opportunities. Demonstrates patience, care, and kindness for all staff members, learners and families. Partners with parents through effective, consistent communication. Serves as a collaborative, productive team member who participates in school events, staff meetings and other opportunities to grow our learning community. All other duties as assigned.
