Restoration Academy seeks to hire teachers for the 2025-26 school year who view education as a vocational ministry. We are looking for someone to join our team that: Teaches from a Biblical worldview Has a willingness to ask questions Can give and receive feedback Seeks creative solutions Can manage their time well Operates with a default to flexibility Is passionate about creating engaging and age-appropriate lessons Works well with others and enjoys the process of collaboration Desires to be a lifelong learner The candidate must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in the subject matter from an accredited college/university with a background in education strongly preferred. Previous teaching experience is desired. Teacher certification is preferred but not required. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans in Math subjects.
• Manage classroom activities and ensure a conducive learning environment.
• Utilize effective teaching strategies to cater to diverse student needs.
• Provide individualized support to students to enhance their understanding of the subjects.
• Incorporate technology and hands-on activities to enhance learning experiences.
• Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum and instructional practices.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to promote academic growth.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that promotes student success.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and achievements.

Position may require teaching General Math, Pre-Algebra, Geometry, and Algebra 1
