Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable High School Teacher to join our team for the 2025-2026 school year. The ideal candidate will have expertise in their subject area, a passion for mentoring high school students, and a commitment to integrating Christian values into their instruction. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, rigorous instruction in a high school subject area (e.g., Math, Science, English, History, Bible, or electives). Foster a challenging yet supportive learning environment that encourages academic excellence and personal growth. Integrate biblical principles into daily lessons, discussions, and student interactions. Assess and monitor student progress, providing meaningful feedback and academic support. Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and independent learning. Maintain clear and consistent communication with parents to support student success. Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to enhance the high school curriculum. Participate in school activities, events, and professional development opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related subject area. Valid state teaching certification (or eligibility to obtain one). Experience teaching high school students is preferred. Strong knowledge of subject-specific content, curriculum standards, and best teaching practices. Excellent classroom management, communication, and leadership skills.
