Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Educate students in various subjects, focusing on literacy education and foundational skills. Create a positive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning and personal development. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress and classroom activities. Assess student performance through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and special education needs. Skills Strong understanding of literacy education principles and childhood development. Proficiency in classroom management techniques to maintain an effective learning environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with students and parents. Experience working with students of varying abilities, including those requiring special education support. Ability to write clear lesson plans and educational materials while demonstrating strong proofreading skills. Knowledge of curriculum development processes to enhance educational offerings.
