Instruction and Assessment:

Deliver engaging and effective instruction to students, utilizing various teaching methods and strategies. Assess student progress through regular evaluations, assignments, quizzes, and examinations. Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them achieve academic excellence. Monitor and record student attendance and participation.

Classroom Management:

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and mutual respect. Establish and enforce classroom rules and behavioral expectations. Address and resolve disciplinary issues in accordance with school policies. Manage classroom resources and materials effectively.

Communication and Collaboration:

Maintain open and regular communication with students, parents, and colleagues. Attend faculty meetings, department meetings, and professional development sessions as required. Collaborate with other educators to share best practices and instructional ideas. Participate in parent-teacher conferences and other school-related events.

Professional Development:

Stay current with educational trends, teaching methods, and curriculum developments. Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge. Pursue opportunities for continued education and certification.

Student Support:

Identify and address the unique learning needs of individual students. Provide additional support, accommodations, or interventions as required. Foster a caring and inclusive classroom where all students feel valued and supported.
