Required Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree or Ph. D from at an accredited college, university or an approved institution in related field.
• Considerable experience and is qualified to teach graduates levels. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual, English and Spanish, required.
• Ability to comprehend and follow directives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate mastery of content knowledge.
• Develop and follow the ACI curriculum framework/scope and sequence, stimulate class discussions and ensure student’s investment.
• Provides tutoring and academic counseling to students.
• Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities.
• Articulate instructional purpose and learning outcomes.
• Provides intellectual leadership in the field and mentors students.
• Curate and design resources and incorporate instructional technologies aligned with learning outcomes.
• Provide clear expectations for learning, clear explanations of content, and use academic language.
• Maintain current state licensure(s) and/or certification(s) as required by law.
• Attend faculty and/or other required meetings.
• Performs other duties as assigned by appropriate administrator.
