The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematics and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for students. This role involves teaching various mathematical concepts, developing curriculum, and utilizing innovative teaching methods to enhance student engagement and understanding. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Teach a variety of mathematical subjects, including but not limited to Geometry and Algebra. Utilize learning technology and research-based practices to support diverse learning styles. Manage classroom dynamics effectively to create a conducive learning environment. Provide individualized tutoring and support to students who require additional assistance. Assess student performance through assignments, tests, and projects; provide constructive feedback. Collaborate with colleagues in education administration to enhance the overall educational experience. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and methodologies. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field. Experience in curriculum development and classroom management. Strong knowledge of mathematical concepts and teaching methodologies. Familiarity with learning technologies and their application in the classroom. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to conduct research related to educational practices or mathematics as needed. A passion for teaching mathematics and helping students succeed academically.
