Job Summary:

Provide direct ML online instruction to students. Support ML students with their day to day coursework and create opportunities for students to demonstrate learning.

Collaborate with teachers and share best practices to ensure high quality sheltered content instruction is provided based on the Can-do descriptors.

Develop English language proficiency goals that are clear and measurable and track student success in meeting these goals.

Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with other educators, parents and students.

Keep student records and data up-to-date, including cumulative files, attendance, and logging all student and parent contact. Support ML program testing requirements by proctoring WIDA and ACCESS.Collaborate with others and perform other job related duties as needed. Attend IEP and RTI meetings for ML students.

Since TECCA is a virtual school, the candidate must have a car and be willing to travel within the state on occasion for student outreach and state testing events.
