As a Calculus & Math I Teacher , you will: Teach Calculus and Math I , ensuring students develop critical mathematical reasoning and problem-solving skills. Lead a structured study hall , supporting academic achievement and skill development. Foster faith formation and social-emotional learning (SEL) by leading a homeroom and participating in student retreats. What You’ll Do Design rigorous, culturally relevant lessons that engage and challenge predominantly first-generation, college-bound students. Integrate Ignatian pedagogy to create meaningful and reflective learning experiences. Use data-driven instruction to assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies for success. Support holistic student development , helping them grow academically, spiritually, and as committed citizens. Collaborate with faculty teams to develop instructional strategies and interventions that enhance student learning and well-being. Engage in continuous growth , participating in weekly or bi-weekly coaching sessions. Who You Are Successful candidates will demonstrate: A Bachelor’s Degree (required); Master’s Degree (preferred).
