Job Description
Neuse Christian Academy is seeking a highly qualified high school math teacher for the 2025-26 school year.
General Qualifications:
A personal relationship with Jesus Christ
A calling to Christan education
Bachelor’s degree in math education or a related field from an accredited institution
ACSI Certification (may upon hire)
Responsibilities include:
Preparation of daily lesson plans for the implementation of the curriculum
Effective instructional strategies and classroom management
Incorporate classroom technology to enhance instruction
Communicate with parents to support student learning
Create a positive climate w students not only excel academically but also grow spiritually
Potential subjects:
AFM – Advanced Functions & Modeling
Algebra I
Algebra II
AP Calculus
Dual Enrollment College Algebra
Geometry
Pre-Calculus
