Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cover key mathematical concepts, including differential equations, discrete math, and special education needs. Utilize instructional design techniques to create effective teaching materials and assessments. Conduct laboratory sessions and scientific research projects that enhance the learning experience. Provide individualized support to students, adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles. Communicate regularly with students and parents regarding progress, challenges, and achievements. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and instructional strategies. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices. Requirements Bachelor’s degree; preferred to have 24 math credit hours or willingness to further education Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage students effectively.
