Special Educator Position Available In Rockingham, New Hampshire

Special Educator Great Bay Charter School Exeter, NH 03833 Great Bay Charter School, a small K-12 public charter school in Exeter, NH is seeking a dedicated and innovative Special Educator/Case Manager to join our community!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs.
• Provide direct instruction and support to students in both classroom, small group and one-on-one settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and outside agencies to ensure comprehensive support for students.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting strategies as needed to promote success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field (Master’s preferred).
• New Hampshire certification in General Special Education
• Certification/Experience teaching specially designed instruction in Math and/or Language Arts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with middle school & high school students with diverse learning needs.
