Math Interventionist School Administrative Unit 64 Milton, NH 03851 Math Intervention TeacherMilton Elementary School | SAU 64 | Milton, NHMilton Elementary School is seeking a student-focused Math Intervention Teacher to provide targeted instruction and support within a Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS). The ideal candidate will be passionate about closing achievement gaps, using data to drive instruction, and collaborating with colleagues to meet the diverse needs of learners.
Preferred Qualifications:
NH certification (or eligibility)Experience with i-Ready Mathematics and MTSSStrong background in math intervention, differentiation, and inclusive practicesJoin a supportive district where relationships, rigor, and relevance guide our mission to prepare all students for success.
