Math Intervention Teacher
Milton Elementary School | SAU 64 | Milton, NH
Milton Elementary School is seeking a student-focused Math Intervention Teacher to provide targeted instruction and support within a Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS). The ideal candidate will be passionate about closing achievement gaps, using data to drive instruction, and collaborating with colleagues to meet the diverse needs of learners.
Preferred Qualifications:
NH certification (or eligibility)
Experience with i-Ready Mathematics and MTSS
Strong background in math intervention, differentiation, and inclusive practices
