QUALIFICATIONS
Valid New Jersey Instructional Certificate (CE, CEAS, Provisional, or Standard) with Teacher of Math Endorsement (1900); Demonstrated knowledge of NJ Student Learning Standards for Mathematics; Knowledge of state assessment test specifications (ie: NJSLA – Math) and Industry Valued Credential Assessments; Proficient at modeling/teaching/assessing mathematical coursework and effective teaching methods; Familiarity with Career and Technical Education (CTE) pathways and their connection to academic content; Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds, especially in Title I schools; Ability to maintain a positive learning environment; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status
