Rocket Club Math is hiring a Lead Instructor to join our team at our Upper West Side location. We group students by age, grade, and skill level to maximize growth, and use a gamified system where kids earn Rocket Fuel points and level up through monthly certifications. rocketclub.com Key Responsibilities Instruction & Learning Teach and track educational progress for members Prepare worksheets and classroom materials Lead certification prep sessions and ensure reward points are tracked Team Support & Leadership Train and support fellow instructors Float between classrooms and substitute as needed Take on Director duties when the Director is off Parent & Member Engagement Conduct diagnostic assessments with prospective members Meet with parents as needed and distribute take-home reports Update member resumes and maintain data in classroom binders Qualifications Experience working with children or in an educational setting Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage a classroom and support a team CPR certification (can be obtained after hire)
