The ideal candidate will inspire students and foster a love for learning while delivering high-quality instruction in their subject area. Duties Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles. Provide academic advising and support to students, helping them set educational goals and achieve their potential. Conduct research to stay current with educational trends and best practices in teaching methodologies. Teach subjects such as Microbiology, Genetics, Organic Chemistry, and Differential Equations, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of complex concepts. Proofread and evaluate student assignments, providing constructive feedback to promote academic growth. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with high school students effectively. Experience in academic advising or tutoring is highly desirable.
