This position requires a commitment to developing student engagement and academic success. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Teach subjects including chemistry, Math, and Geometry, utilizing various instructional strategies. Facilitate activities and research projects, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment. Assess student performance through assignments, tests, and projects, providing constructive feedback. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and share best practices. Maintain classroom discipline and promote a positive learning atmosphere. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and administration regarding student progress and needs. Skills The candidate should possess a strong understanding of classroom management techniques. Experience with school education is preferred. Knowledge of curriculum development processes.
