Overview Teacher (Small Group Instruction) Full &Part-time | Philadelphia, PA We are currently seeking multiple PAcertified teachers to work with small groups of 6-8 students inreading and/or math pull-out intervention in Philadelphianon-public schools for the 2025-26 school year. Our dedicatedteachers provide targeted remedial, pull-out instruction in a smallgroup format to K-8 students who need extra support in theclassroom. We are currently hiring for multiple teaching positionsacross the 90 non-public schools we serve in Philadelphia. Teacherswill work in one school and their schedule follows the schoolcalendar. How you’ll be there for students: Be their advocate,difference maker, and mentor. Responsibilities As a teacher withCatapult Learning, you will: Work with small groups of 6-8students. Attends training sessions, passes content assessment, anddelivers designated instructional models and strategies in reading,mathematics, and/or writing skills to eligible students throughutilization of Catapult Learning’s Core Instructional Model. Ensuresupervision of students to assure their safety. Meet with CatapultLearning Supervisors, classroom teachers, principals, and parents.

Maintain inventory of teaching materials and supplies.

Differentiate Instruction:

Customize and deliver lessons and usedata to meet student needs.

Engage Students:

Foster ownership,critical thinking, and clear routines.

Grow Professionally:

Embracetraining, coaching, and feedback.

Track Progress:
