Position Overview:
We are seeking passionate and dedicated educators to join our team as Learning Pod Educators. As a Learning Pod Educator, you will play a key role in delivering tailored instruction to a small group of students in our learning environment.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate small group instruction in core subjects such as Math, English Language Arts, Science, and Social Studies, tailored to the needs and learning styles of individual students. Develop and implement engaging and interactive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and learning objectives. Provide personalized academic support and guidance to students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. Assess student progress through regular evaluations and adapt teaching strategies accordingly to address learning gaps and challenges. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure open communication and partnership in supporting students’ academic success. Create a nurturing and supportive learning environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and a love for learning. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievements, and communicate regularly with school administration and parents. Stay informed about best practices in education, instructional methodologies, and curriculum development to continuously improve teaching effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s degree preferred). Valid teaching certification or licensure. Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, or homeschooling preferred. Strong understanding of curriculum standards and instructional best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
