Algebra and Geometry Duties:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and encourages student participation.
• Provide instruction in various subjects, such as math, science, English, history, or foreign languages.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
• Assess student performance through assignments, exams, and projects, and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and academic progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects or initiatives.
• Foster a supportive and respectful classroom culture that promotes academic growth and personal development.
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and any concerns. Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Valid teaching certification or license in the relevant subject area (Preferred).
• Proven experience in lesson planning, curriculum development, and instructional delivery.
• Strong knowledge of the subject matter and ability to effectively convey complex concepts to students.
• Experience mentoring or tutoring students to support their academic success.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in proofreading and providing constructive feedback on student work.
• Familiarity with education administration processes and procedures.
• Ability to effectively manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Experience teaching at the high school level or higher education teaching experience.
